How to remove outer door trim molding and handle ?

Hi to all,

I have a Volvo S80 1999 2.4, someone has decided to drive on my front passenger door leaving a nasty dent.I want to remove the outer door trim molding and handle so I can fix the dent and paint the door?

Perhaps it is easier to replace the whole door from a scrap yard. The handle piece I believe is fixed with clips that must be broken and replaced. It's accessible upon removing the inside board that's fixed with pins (push in the center) and a few torx screws under the handle cover.
