Good evening. I think I fried something on the drivers side window switch causing none of my windows to work, even if I use the switches on the individual door. The sunroof works, so I believe that rules out a fuse/breaker. Yes they have a breaker that re-sets itself. I have a 16hr drive tomorrow and would like to be able to use atleast my drivers window (yes I smoke). Does anyone have a wiring diagram that would tell me which color wires in the drivers side switch do. So at the least I can bridge some connections with a paper clip or something?

I believe the sunroof and windows are separate power circuits.

Common failure point is the window switch in the armrest, if you have that, and the fact that no window works does point to that direction. You can pop the switch up and out and jumper wires to operate the windows if you are comfortable with electrical stuff. If you aren't, one day isn't enough time to get your hands around this safely

We don't host wiring diagrams here, by agreement with Volvo, but they are on the internet via Google.

Make up,some jumper wires with real connectors and crimped wires for a jury fix, skip, the paperclips
