2004 s80 t6 side brake lights stay on when car is off

My 2004 s80 t6 brake lights are still on when car is off and keys are out off ignition but my 3rd window light works if I press brake and turn key to on position it will go off and all brakes will work then..and if I turn key off while tapping brake all will go off for a couple seconds then the two side brake lights will come on by themselves..it's wierd please help fix

I can't be sure but it sounds like your brake pedal switch is acting up I would look into that first
