In this video I replaced a tilt steering wheel release handle on a 1998 Volvo V70 GLT.

Thank you for posting this repair. I have been putting off this repair thinking I have to pull the whole steering column. BTW if you PM me your address I will send you a Browns hat so you don't have to wear that semi-pro team's hat.
