V40 saved my friend's life
He was hit right on the driver's door by a taxi going about 60mph. The force broke both passenger side wheels. No airbags deployed, and Jeff walked away.

Ugh, I'm sorry, it was a V50. 2006 IIRC.
Damn brain.
He got it on my recommendation, which I'm surprised I gave him circa 2010. I don't do those any more. Macs and Volvos. Too many came back with complaints. But not this one.
