I have a 2001 S40 with multiple engine codes, all seem to be related to bank 1, so wondering if there is a specific part that could be the issue, i.e. ECM versus multiple sensors. Car has 190,000 miles. Operation wise it runs fine with the exception of coming to a stop and starting from a stop, when starting from a stop it will hesitate, then go after about 5 seconds, likewise when stopping at a light the RPM's will drop to like 500 the bounce up and down before settling out after about 10 seconds.
Codes I'm getting are the following P0171 - "System too lean bank 1", P0107 Manifold Abs Pressure/Barometric Pressure Low, P0128 - "Coolant Thermostat Below Regulating Temp", P0237 - "Turbo Sensor A Circuit Low", P0236 - Turbo Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance, P0131 - O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1/sensor 1, P0015 - Camshaft Position Timing Out - Retarded Bank 1.
Realize it may be that Bank 1 jumped time but is there a way to check that without taking everything apart. Any recommendations of where to start would be appreciated.

Note: your motor only has bank 1, six cylinder engines are split into 1 and 2, 4s and 5s are bank 1 only.
How old is the timing belt? Is it due...past due? was the tensioner changed last time? Water pump and idlers?
Verify your timing first, that'll kill your motor if it's wrong. It may be off by only a tooth, causing the performance to degrade but not smack valves and pistons. Make sure it gets fixed, if it skipped once, it WILL skip again, but worse. Pull the upper belt cover off the cam gears, rotate the engine by hand to see if the upper marks look right. (this is just a preliminary check) Improper timing could cause all kinds of monitoring mayhem, as it will throw the mean pressures off and make the ECU try to compensate.

Current Volvos:
1998 V70 T5, 112k sat 5 years, still in mechanical coma (finally at the top of the pile )
2004 XC90 T6 AWD: 186k, 60 on transaxle ( traded in )
1998 POS70 N/A: DD/training aid, 236k but really about 240k, I think...ABS module( passed on to son who sold it)
