Junkyard for the clamp? I may have one in my garage but I am out of town until Sunday, you can have it for free if I do. Shoot me a message if you are still looking, I will dig around for it.

Not to high jack the thread but can someone explain to me what the CBV diaphragm does? I've seen where you can block it off.
Ok... finally got the turbocharger installed tonight (another fun Friday night), all lines except for the oil inlet line. Like I said earlier a friend who owns a frame and axle business, who also works on diesels recommended I fill the turbocharger with oil before installing the top oil line. But riddle me this, won't the oil just run out the outlet pipe located underneath the turbocharger?
I'll pour some oil into the turbocharger regardless before I hook up the oil inlet line. Installing the turbocharger wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Getting the coolant inlet banjo bolt started took quite a bit of finagling, but you have to get those banjo bolts lined up just right and tighten only using finger lest you strip some threads. The end is in sight. New vacuum lines is the next and last thing to do.

Here's a tip hook up the vacuum lines to the turbocharger before installing it.
So the TCV on this '96 850 has red, blue, and yellow dots of paint on the nipple side. I'm fairly certain the red line goes to the turbo waste-gate and the yellow goes to the turbo bypass valve, but if anyone can confirm that would be nice. I've looked at the vacuum line diagrams and I think I have it right. I know the nipple on the turbo compressor connects to the intake manifold, just behind the intake butterfly valve.
