1995 850 glt driver window calibration

replaced window switch in center console. driver window appears to be out of calibration. with window is open position and switched depressed for up, window travels up then reverses just before reaching limit. occasionally, when window is down, window will not travel up - just clicking at switch.

note: window appears to function fine with only soft pressure applied to switch.

any insight would be appreciated.
