Again, not available new and if you try to remove an existing one from a seatback it will break.
The ONLY way would be to find a junk seatback with one in it, take it home and take it all apart from the back of the seat.
You may be able to free it out that way without breaking it.

All seats are set up for the latch guide, you just need to cut the carpet.
It is super easy to remove the latch guide e.g. at a junkyard, I have done it several times, no pics of that step but I mentioned it in this write-up:

Perhaps people have struggled with it because of the counter intuitive need to push down instead of up. I don't think I have pulled one from a V70 just 850s, I suppose it is possible they are different but I would be very surprised.
