2000 V70 Interchangeble parts

Okay so I have a 2000 V70 SE Volvo wagon and need to replace the both passenger doors and the fender. I found some parts but they are from a 2000 V70 XC/SE wagon. Will the doors from the XC V70 fit my NON XC V70?
