WTB: angled 3" downpipe (stock) 99+

Post by Stevensane247 »

I'm assuming this was on years 99+ with 16t or whatever? Don't need cat. Just connection to turbo to cat. Gonna mate it to my cat.

I have a 99 angled down pipe that I just took off my car. It and the cat are one piece, but I could cut the cat off,but I don't think there would be enough pipe left to mate up to anything unless you add to it.

I have one lined up, but person I bought from one wasn't sure if it'll fit my application. What model is it off of? Where you located?

It's from a 1999 or 2000 V70 T5 or maybe an R, I am not positive. It was mated up to a 16T with an angle flange. My car is a 1998 but the motor is from a 2000 R and the previous owner told me the down pipe and cat are from a 1999.

I am in Virginia, and I don't know what shipping would be. Probably in the $20 range.

I'll keep in touch, once the one I got from another guy shows up and if it's wrong I'll let you know. Ya I was gonna do the whole RN swap thing too but engine I picked up has low compression on 2 cyl and not taking a chance.

I ran the stock pipe for about 9 months and 6000 miles with a 16T and it was fine. I just upgraded to a CJ Yother 3" down pipe and it makes a big difference. I am getting ready to do a 19T turbo swap and wanted to have better exhaust flow.

Let me know if you want the stock one. I am likely going to scrap the cat as I can get about $150 for it.
