New online parts supplier of Volvo OEM parts

Post by JRL »

This is a subsidiary of Keystone Volvo and should be close to or match Tasca pricing with better service.
If something is out of line, pricewise, Lenny will work with you, just call the 800 number.

It looks EXACTLY like Tasca's website...like they copied and pasted it? You also imply Tasca has bad customer service, and this new place has better customer service? Time will tell regarding that

Can't speak for the new company, but I am well versed with Tasca. Customer service is poor unless you are on their case. Wrong shipping, poor packing, still waiting after 2 months for 2 re-funds. Only reason I still use the is their good prices and their shipping is cheaper to Canada than most other retailers in the US.

So if the new company is better it wouldn't be hard! Did look at the price of parts, they are slightly higher than Tasca, but not hugely on parts I have bought recently. Only thing I haven't checked is if they ship to Canada, and if so the shipping costs. Several US suppliers will not ship north.

Tasca is nearby me. I've only ordered 4 times from them, but have been satisfied each time. Just got a sunroof seal that arrived Monday and was ordered the previous Thursday. They had the best price I could find

Almost all of the online Volvo oem/dealers parts places use the exact same Web setup. All of the Mopar joints do the same thing, they all look identical.

Keystone isn't as large of an operation as Tasca, I've dealt with them in the past and they're pretty straight and friendly. I don't see them getting too big to care.

Most parts website are outsource to ONE company, that is why they all look the same.
