Spring seats: New OE supplier?

Shopping for spring seats, I came across these parts which are the same on both sites and is an upgraded with beefier rubber spring seat.:

Sent an email asking about the manufacturer of these mounts.
Dave from from Eeuroparts answered: "This mount is made by Hutchinson a leader in OE supplier parts."

I remember the original supplier was Sachs/Boge. I asked Dave from Eeuroparts if Volvo has switched now from Sachs to Hutchinson for the spring seats.

I doubt it- OE supplier and OE parts is 2 different stories... What he's saying sounds like OEM which is "equivalent" to original parts, but still not the same thing.
