Not a question, not an issue: just a statement of sorts.
My 2005 came with the round 850 style top torque mount bushing. I noticed it was slightly torn when I got it. When doing my 2-1/2 day uber coolant flush (read as: personal hell), I noticed the rubber piece was totally separated. Total failure. I ordered a Pro Swede polyurethane assy (and a new dipstick I broke with power steering pump). Just installed the mount. That was definitely "Easy Button" material.
Ok, I guess there is a question. Did they come standard with this style mount and in new models change to the square... or was that a postmortem design change?
Haven't run it yet, but I can muckle onto the engine and give it 215# of beer delivery guy hell and it doesn't move now.
