2000 s80 no throttle

143000 miles. Car not driven for 2 years but, stored. Starts fine and all accessories work but, when brake light activates the throttle deactivates. That is, I have no throttle - just brake light - no power boost involved.
Anybody?

Also, aux fan begins to run immediately at start-up and continues to run until batt is dead.

Check Engine Light?
Service light?
