I have a 94 850 NA. I had similar symptoms until I cleaned the MAF sensor and its electrical connectors.

Hey guys -
I think I might have figured out the source. I pulled the spark plug cover this afternoon and found that there was oil pooled around cylinder 2's spark plug. That's the region by the PCV hose at the top of the block (unfortunately, I just cleaned this area a few weeks ago, so it means oil is leaking from somewhere). I noticed that the plug for cylinder 2 looked dirty. Upon pulling all the plug wires, I found that four of them were clean, yet cylinder 2's was dirty and had oil stains. I'm under the impression that some oil might have gotten into the plug cylinder, which likely led to the misfire.
