I have been working on this **** for close to three months trying to get it to run.
This is where I stand as to date,
replaced timing belt, tension er and pulley, also water pump
coil packs
plugs
fuel pressure regulator
MAF sensor
The car will crank, with no problems, yet it will not start. These are the steps I have taken so far!
I have pulled the plugs and coil packs, re attached the plugs to the wires and coil packs, and had my grandson crank it over for me,
Just as long as he cranked it the plugs would fire.
Tested fuel pressure at the rail, 45 PSI. Removed the fuel rail with connectors intact, so I could see the spray of the injectors Had grandson crank it for me, the injectors, all four of the will spray fuel for one short second, than no more. Had my helper crank it again, just one short spray, than nothing.
Let me back up a bit, when you first turn the key, the fuel pump is working.
After chasing wires and troubleshooting I have come up with nothing. These are the error codes I have right now P0036, and the following are PENDING codes from my reader, P0102, P0335, P0017, P0122,
Can someone please lead me in the right direction with some tips, tests or work around's on getting the vehicle up and going
One more thing I can use the FOB to lock and unlock the doors, both keys will lock and open the doors, the only thing is, before when you would lock the doors with the FOB the lights would flash letting me know the security system was engaged and the little light on the far left side of the dash, I believe it is the Immobilizer light, is not blinking any longer when the doors are locked. This all happened when I used one of the keys to open the door and I set the alarm off. switched it off with the FOB. That Key, the one that set off the alarm, no longer works as far as trying to start the can, Inserting that key in the ignition will trigger the car with the X flashing.
But before this issue with the security system, the car would crank, but still no start.
Is there a way that I can test the ECU, the Cam sensor, the Crank sensor or other parts of the ignition system to get it running. I have replaced all fuses, swapped and interchanged the relays, what do I do now? Some Body please give me some input.

Was the car running before you changed all those parts?

Yes the car was running before with the parts I had changed out.
it is a 1.9L B4204T engine.
Yes I did change the belt myself use the cam locking tool, (pry out the intake plug and remove the crank sensor to get access to the slots in the rear of the cams) this is what I did when I changed the timing belt. After replacing the Belt and the above parts, the problem started after I Cranked it over and let it run for a while, shut it down and started it again, I did this four time just to check to male sure it would start, on the forth try got a error code, shut it down and connected my code reader, got (P0036), disconnected the code reader, but I forgot to turn the Key from the O position and left it in the II position until the next weekend when I could work on it again. when I got around to work on the car again, tried to start it , battery was dead, pulled battery had it charged. put it back in and this is where I am at now.

If the car ran after the timing belt replacement then no need to look at that unless it jumped a tooth but a P0036 is a heated oxygen sensor related.
As far as I know even with a faulty Oxygen sensor is should still start. MY V70 did always start with a faulty oxygen sensor.
Did you reset the code before trying to start again ?

Yes I have reset the code each time I try to start it. The code P0036 plus the PENDING codes will come back each and every time.
While doing some more troubleshooting , I noticed that the crankshaft/RMP sensor was not secure (tightly mounted) to the tranny, could this be a cause for the injectors not pulsing also?
I will tighten up the sensor and let you know where I stand.
