Which V70 98xc70 or 02v70

Hello everyone, time to change my v70 & I'm looking at either a 98 xc70 good service history with 120k mls or a 02v70 130k mls with decentish history, my dilemma is I prefer the ph1 shape & interior, not sure about the awd though, the 02 v70 interior seems a bit grey boring. The 98 is a bit cheaper. At the moment I have a 97 V70 2.5t & broke all the rules when buying, absolutely no history! Any help advice greatly appreciated
