Need Advice - 02 S60 2.4T - sucking/burning oil &

We are pulling our hair out with this one. We are also now thinking these last few issues are all related.

Symptoms: seems to be pulling oil into intake and burning in cylinders creating smoke. It also has a positive back pressure we can't figure out. And at idle it kicks low oil pressure warning. It also gathers oil on top of intake in low spots against block, although there seems to be no leaks above, none around cap or blowback on top that we can tell. Ot actually seems as if it is being pushed and seeping out of intake gasket.

What we have done: So far a head gasket and valve job , replaced crank seal and oil pump. Dropped oil pan and have replaced oil pickup tube o - ring twice. Replaced PVC hoses and oil trap twice (we have not replaced the larger vacuum line that connects to top middle of intake that has 2 or 3 little diaphram looking thingees and runs back to air intake tube just) and I am stumped.

Any thoughts, inout, or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
