Set of Nivomats 8626026 yellow stripe

I have a set of nivomat shocks 8626026. I installed new boots. These shocks are not leaking and ready to install. These will fit most 99 and 2000 V70 XC. Price is $140.00 plus shipping. PM if interested.

On the vin plate look at position number 18' if it a number 6 this Nivomat part number was installed on your car. If you go to FCPGroton and look up the nivomat for your car it gives a nice picture of what the vin plate can tell. If your car came with Nivomats this will physicaly fit on your car. I think the 98s came with one of three Nivomat part numbers.

can you tell me where you found the boots. I have the same shocks in perfect condition except for dried out boots. Any help appreciated.

The volvo part number for the boots is 1387105. You will need a V block in a vise to lock the stut from turning.

had an aluminum set of V blocks that I used for scuba equipment, never thought of using them. Worked perfectly, not so much as a smudge on the chrome of the strut. thanks for the help and info.
