Buy the wreck back from the insurance co. for cheap and hunt down some parts at a junkyard. It'll be a project and you may not have a garage to work in, but that's what I'd try since it looks to be in otherwise great condition.
Alcohol involved in that crash (or texting) -- you can bet on it.

That will buff right out! Seriously though, I personally would look further to see what is really wrong with the rear suspension before determining if its a write off.
Back in the days my first 850 turbo was rear ended at 40 mph in a hit and run. Luckily it didnt hit the wheels or suspension but was able to drive it home even though the whole back end caved in bending the roof. Was able to open all the doors and none of the windows broke either . notice the roof on the passenger side
