94 850 J relay under dash

I was installing a 99 wiper relay today and a J relay fell out from under the dash- my wiring diagram is from a 95 and doesn't show one of these- everything seems to work except the ac and cruise which didn't work before either is there a place this may have been fitted ?

It is usually associated with the fog lights if I remember correctly but I can't remember what position it goes in.

I think there is just one J relay under the dash for fog lights. I'll take a look later and let you know, if nobody else beats me to it.
