Kranz fixed me up with his extra set of hardware.

I would say the brackets were due for changing! I got lucky--PB Blaster while I did other stuff, and I only had to grind of one of the short bracket bolt heads, and I was able to screw it through and out the back side.

The hardest part is getting the brackets aligned so you can get both bolts back in from the bottom. I had the bumper on and off multiple times until I got the brackets set in position so I could start the bolts.
