1989 780 Bertone Turbo For Sale $3000 Seattle/Tacoma

The time has finally come, and the Coupe is for sale. It's good, but not perfect. Definitely restorable, or better yet, modded.

188,000 miles. Clean WA title, tabs good thru August. Still has the autotragic, shifts like margarine.

Replaced things as time and budget allowed, chiefly a T3/T4 turbo and a 90+ manifold.
Turbo is a rebuilt Garrett cartridge with C-bay wheels and housings. Still running through Turbo+ because I haven't bothered to build an MBC. Makes neat whooshy noises and while not quick off the line it pulls nicely in the midrange. New boost actuator. New belts and coolant hoses. Gutted cat, and still passed emissions without it on its last test.

Good used Nivos, just installed iPd stay arm bushings, and pulled the frame weights. Otherwise stock.
Tires are 205/65-15 on MultiX. Brakes do the stopping thing, no ABS light.

Body is straight except for a small dent in the passenger door. Windshield has a crack down the passenger side. Sunroof works, glass sealed with silicone. Not pretty but effective. Only rust I can find is a spot on the trunk where the paint rubbed through. Speaking of which, it looks shiny, and could be rubbed even shinier but there's chips, nicks, and scratches.

Interior is all there except the headliner. Board was toast so I chucked it. Leather is mostly intact, a couple of seams need attention but no major tears or cracks. Dash is cracked (as is tradition) and carpet is faded. And in keeping with tradition the drivers door panel is failing. Radio is defunct and equalizer is MIA. Power antenna works, seats and mirrors work, cruise works, OD works, climate control works.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE
Trunk carpet is ok, missing trim. Replaced trunk shocks. And trunk also includes:
-Factory spare, jack, and tools
-Extra drivers side door card
-Extra sunroof assembly!!!
-Volvo electric fan assembly and relays
-Nivomat mounting pins to convert to standard shocks
-One pair front lowering springs, one pair 242GT rear springs, one pair 245 Turbo rear springs.
-Early 960 front AND REAR sway bars!!!!
-Miscellaneous bits for 700 series

I may also have a lead on a parts car in the same color...
