New to the forum.............

Hello all.
My name is David and I'm new to the forum. I just bought a 2003 V70 T5 auto/manual with 108,000 KMS on the clock, (I'm in Canada) and I love the car.
I do have a few questions though, sorry if they have been asked and answered before but I couldn't find any reference to them.

1. Does the T5 have a rev limiter.
2. After burning off a tank of gas, I put in a no name "mid" grade by mistake and the car hasn't run well since. I find that the turbo just doesn't have the same pull it did when I first got it. This might be only me "getting used to" the car and the new feeling wearing off but I'm not sure.
3. The tranny sort of looses it's mind at slow stop/starts, not knowing what gear to go into to get going again.
4. The turbo lag seem to have got worse in the 3000 KMS I've put on the car. Stepping on the throttle while changing lanes can be a fear inducing
practice waiting for the tranny to switch gears and the turbo to spool up.

I have a lot more questions but if someone could shed some light on these first I would be appreciate it.

You should be running premium gas....makes all the difference. Also, at your miles (kilo's) you should probably do a transmission flush....directions are in the repair database (with pictures). Make sure you use the right fluid or you could fubar your tranny. Good luck!
