I am so PISSED

Post by mydamnvolvo »

Hi guys, Cynthia, aka the woman with no license.

My daughter just got her Grand Cherokee sandwiched between two cars. Someone stopped short infront of her, so she stopped and only tapped the person in front of her, but the person behind her slammed into the back of her car, and uplifted the bumper, so now the tailgate won't open. He almost under-rided her. Now, thats another thing going on my license, my DOT connections are almost gone now, because the plate on that car is linked with my DOT account and the parking pass and stuff like that, so now the state is going to call me and ask why a 23 year old was using a state-plated car. Every six months with this. First the son hitting the CC, then my hub hitting a BMW with the same camaro, to the van on fire, to the seized beemer. There goes all my credibility, and now I don't have Chrysler to bail me out. Oh well, I guess that's just my life.

All your family members needs to go to a defensive driving class. Your son hit a car, your husband hit a car, your daughter hit a car (tapped a car is hitting it), there is a pattern here.

My husband used to race cars, works for the DOT, and has driven for nearly 50 years. The woman was at fault automatically because she was making a left. Next, for my son, that is why i gave him my V70, I am tired of that camaro. For my daughter, the person stopped short in front of her, so I cut her some slack, on the security tape from the store, a person was making a left off of our Main Street and someone, being impatient, went around them to make a left into the other lane (two way street turning onto a one way) There was no damaged to either car. My problem was, the guy that hit her claimed against her because he stated that she backed into him trying to avoid an accident. I had to fight for her down at our court (in PA btw) and it got heated. I got pictures faxed within 15minutes, his claim was dismissed, and my counterclaim for the damage was overruled as well because she wasn't there to tell her story. Oh well... At least it's over.
