I got this car at 194,000 miles in October of 2014 from a good friend. Runs and drives, but was in a teeny tiny fender bender July, 2015 and has been sitting since. Still starts right up with a jump and moves around the property just fine.
Notable service history
- - Four General Altimax tires installed not long before purchase
- Battery, alternator, timing belt, water pump, coolant, serpentine belt, PCV system (box and all hoses) done @ 194,000
- Transmission fluid completely changed @ 200,000
- Front and rear left brake pads, rotors replaced @ 204,000
- - Left fender dented, corner light missing
- Steering has "sticky spots" after fender bender (was run off the highway by another driver)
- Air conditioning stopped working shortly before accident
- Heater core seeps
- Dashboard squeaks and creaks
- Left mirror glass missing (I do have a spare)
- Parking brake shoes and hardware removed
- Eco-Plug oil drain installed by previous owner (see link below.. annoying drain, but works fine)
- Tailgate latch worn - gate must be slammed to close properly
- Check Engine light on (evap leak codes, if I recall correctly.. never bothered)
- ABS and TRACS lights on - module diagnosed faulty, but both systems did work intermittently
