850 GLT 1997 engine cover (?)

i was driving on a gravel road and lost control of the car, and ran up a bank. my friend came and pulled me out with his truck but when he did, a big plastic piece came off the bottom of the engine and broke into 3 pieces. it has come off before when i went to far into a parking spot.

my questions are:

1. what is this piece called?
2. where can i find another?
3. how much would it cost to buy a new one?

It's called an AIR GUIDE not an air dam

JRL, please keep the tone within MVS specs, which is to say don't use capitals with bolds, especially on something so trivial.
