Welcome to MVS, Mark. What a beautiful wagon.

I replaced your photo with a better-corrected one. English cloudy sky blueness problems in the first ;-).
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Thanks Matthew,

Its done about 200k ( mileage counter stopped working at 191k) has not been looked after at all , if its had more than a couple of oil changes i would be suprised !

So far i have

Replaced the air filter
Dropped the oil
Replaced the spark plugs
Replaced the intake hose
Replaced the pcv system
Cleaned the inlet manifold out
Ultrasonically cleaned the throttle body
Ultrasonically cleaned the injectors and replaced the seals
Replaced the fuel filter and bracket
Replaced the oil cap seal

Dropped the sump cleaned it out and cleaned out the oil pick up tube
Cleaned out the exhaust manifold and mended a crack
Removed the head, cleaned all the cams , rocker cover etc
Replaced the valve stem oil seals , re-cut the valve seats
Replaced the cambelt, water pump, tensioners etc
Replaced the aux belt
Replaced the gearbox torque damper
Changed the fluid in the brake master cylinder
Changed the power steering fluid
Flushed out the block of coolant and flushed the coolant tank

Managed to snap a head bolt removing the head but with the help of a local company they removed the broken bit for me

Obviously its having a new headgasket, headbolts cam seals etc etc

This is where im up to so far , hopefully ill be putting the head back on tomorrow

Hello Mark. Nice detailing job on the paintwork. That was an extremely impressive reconditioning list you've completed.
After that much labor I sure hope you're going to hold onto her for awhile. Best of luck to you and welcome aboard.
Always first off the line, while all the cool people are still staring at their phones.
