I don't know if you can upload from a mobile device, but you can choose an off-site image.

ok new at this..not particularly all that computer savvy so apparently i need some remedial computer etiquette tutoring. i do not know a font from a floppy disc from a hard drive etc. just had a concern about an issue that currently could make a difference in an insurance adjustment.Thats all. As far as typing in capital letters...I am a 62 year old man..obviously i need my hearing checked.If typing in capital letters is the same as shouting? really ? They dont sound any different when i read them..So if you dont mind i will just continue to use this sight for the valuable info you provide with apromise of no more written word visible for all to see.And a good day to you as well sir!
