V40 2.0lt 2003 model noise from engine

Hi all. I'm back again. I have the annoying noise from the engine when the car reaches normal operating temperature. I've done the whole pcv replacement as well as dropping the sump and cleaning out the channels from the pcv to sump. The noise is still there. When I release either the oil filler cap or extract the dip stick. The noise disappears. There is vaccume at the dip stick shaft pulling inwards. If I place a finger over the hole it sucks inwards. Until I know what this is. Is it safe to drive without the dip stick?

Did you check and clean the PTC valve also?

PTC valve? I'm not sure what that is. I will Google this. Thank you

This is ye PCV on my car. I don't have a turbo.
