850 front rotor replacement

Post by Craig »

Does anyone know what size the front rotors on an 850 are supposed to be as I've just had to replace mine and the 850 ones I ordered where too small. Instead I have had to use C70 rotors which are around 306mm. Are the T5R brakes the same size as the normal T5?.

I'm not sure about the T5 vs. T5R rotor size but I know that the 850 and 850R rotors are the same. Check out www. volvospeed.com . They may have some specs. http://au.geocities.com/ozbrick850/ also may be of some help. The links section of this site has some good performance related links. They generally have brake size specs as well.

i know the inch measurements. 1.024 in. for the fronts and .724 on the rear. i think 280 mm are a safe bet. i know they sell 280 vented front replacements.
