Say: BASE 5 speed manual wagon, 3rd seat, Euro rails and 16" turbo wheels and tires
Looks quite clean
If it were on the East coast I would pick it up for schitz and giggles and an extra wagon.
If the clutch, tranny and motor are good, this should go quickly
