Can hear water. Issues with electrical

This site has helped me so many times in the past 4 years owning and maintaining my Volvo S80 2004 T6

I discovered about FOUR inches of water in my passanger side foot well after a hurricane. Figuring it as a fluke ... wetvac-ed it dry and went about my business....

Two days later, more rain, more water in the passanger side footwell...

I did have my windshield replaced back in June of this year. If that helps.

After vacuuming and drying out, I cleaned my cowl grille which was full of leaves.

Yesterday . I start my car, everything was normal until I got loud audio feedback from my speakers even when I turned the radio off.

Went to start car today, turned on, no noise...no radio. Then my entire dashboard shut off, speedometer , gas gauge, clock and all. Windows wouldn't work either.

Got an airbag warning , break failure warnings , before my info box went dead as well.

Each time I start the car back up, the dash and windows are working for about 30 seconds before they cut back off again.


Any tips , advice, help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I love my s80, currently can't shell out the money for major repairs but don't want her to have any damage I can prevent in the mean time.
