horn problems

I have a 94 940 with 209000 miles and the horn dies, (imagine that) both buttons seem dead ( no springing) but I have looked everywhere for the stupid horn itself and cannot find it... Im not that dumb.Im wondering if it fell off... Can any one help me locate it Thanks in advance
