12 volt outlet faulty, 2006 - S60

Purchased an '06 S60 on Sunday and noted that neither of the two 12 volt outlets work. Went immediately to fuses and noted that there isn't one designated for these outlets. Any thoughts as to why this is happening or how to remedy? Many thanks!
