2001 V70XC - Blower Motor Relay Location? Or Relay Schematic?

Blower motor was not not blowing air. I replaced it with a new motor and resistor. I'm thinking it could be the relay now (SMP RY1026)?
I can't find where the relay is located? I recently purchased this car, and it's possible it's missing the relay altogether. Attached is a picture of the fuse box in the hood. The diagram on the lid does not mention anything Climate Control related. I've also checked fuse position 26 (30amp) in the cabin compartment.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
