Picked up a 1993 Volvo 940 wagon. 278,000 miles. Previous owner said power streering line is bad, which it is. I believe it's before powersteering motor. No biggie.Now also realize adjuster for alternator is bent so it broke the belt after trying to tighten alternator.
Need new tension pulley as it squeeks and jiggles the motor.
The "snow/wet" mode seems to be stuck on, as there's a constant up arrow on the dash. Could this be whats causing the rear end to shake/jiggle on take off?
Minimal inside electric problems.
Is it worth fixing? This is my first Volvo...
