Probably drill and use a left hand thread easy-out, or grind a groove in and use a large screwdriver to turn them out.

Got the pcv done and buttoned up, now just need some help with theses vacuum hoses. Want to make sure everything is hooked up correctly.

Looks like you are missing the Turbo Control Valve?

Look for a valve with three pipe nipples on it.

#1 looks like it comes from the intake manifold or goes to a plug near the radiator??? What is that plug on the right side of the picture without any line?
#2&3 Wrong. The boost controller has 3 vacuum lines, one of which is pictured center left with the yellow tape. The Boost controller has a short vacuum line that plugs into the intake where you currently have the white line.

Depending on the other end of the white line, it might hook onto the vacuum tree on the throttle.

Hard for us to tell without tracing all of the lines. Probably all of your vacuum line questions are answered here:

So i finally got back to the v70 the other day and after i put it all back together...she still wouldnt start! Cranking but no start. Frustrated i took a breath and thought about what could be wrong...turns out i had swapped #3 and #5 spark plug wire. Put that back and voila it works!

I would like to thank abscate, klausc, erikv11 and everyone else here for their help!

(Also that vacuum diagram was golden!)

Noticed some trim missing by the driver kick panel and found lots of corroison near the driver seat, heater core was going.

Found some new trim at the junkyard, not the same color but looks good, got matching pair.

My sunroof wasnt working so i popped the cover off and noticed someone removed half the motor?

Don't pull off the headliner!! Unless you intend to replace the entire headliner. All of the working parts for the SR visible with the headliner still on.

Does the SR not tilt up?

No tilt. It just clicks and torques a bit and then stops. The sunroof wouldnt even move with the motor out.

So I noticed the little cables that im assuming move the sunroof were full of lint like materiel. Cleaned them and nothing.

So i started to pull the headliner but now i cant get the B pillars off...
How do i remove these metal tabs? I squeezed them but the b pillar doesn't move.

They are tight to remove. Remove the top little panel and there is a couple of screws if I remember and then it just needs a hard pull. Look at Roberts (rspi) video on front seat belt replacement. I did and it helped immensely.

You should have been able to push the SR glass up at the rear while the motor was out. Do you see any glue or RTV around the outside? A couple of light bangs with the side of a closed fist should loosen it enough to get it started on its way up.

As I said before, removing the headliner will not get you access to any part of the sunroof.
