92 940 will not turn over
My 92 940 will not turn over the battery is fine starter doesnt even click and its stuck in park so i cant check the transmission safety switch any advice ?
Appears shift lock is stuck it is in park but I cannot depress unlock to shift to neutral .
After reading a lot on this forum i went back to basics discovered some items had dropped into shifter cover from above jammed up the release i removed 2 pens 2 lighters and problem gone thouggt id post update .
Sometimes its just a simple thing easily overlooked.
