"You are being rate limited" - have you gotten this?

This is a setting meant to stop attacks on the MVS server. Naturally, I don't want you to experience it, I want the bad guys to experience it.

I have seen that a couple of times, always after logging in. But, not in the past three or four days.

Matt: I have had this probably 6-8 times in the past 2 weeks or so.
Occurs at login generally but on a couple of occasions it has popped up when switching to read a different thread or post.
