88,760 strange sound coming from underhood

I am noticing that when i am accelerating i can here the normal little whistle or scream from the turbo but once i am actually boosting i get another little scream out from under the hood .... I really dont think its a belt because the only time i get the squeal or scream is when i am getting boost ?
any ideas are welcome and appreciated .

Problem solved ! .. I was looking for a leak and found the Bypass valve on the front of the engine was almost ready to fall off so i removed it cleaned it up and replaced it ! no more scream
