tps problem?

tps problem?
V70 went into limp home mode pulled codes with a snap on code reader borrowed from friend tops code came up changed accelerator pedal/tops. Car still in limp home mode no revs past 3k, and urgent engine svc msg. Any ideas on what to check next? Thanks for help
