I'm developing a new business with need for managers starting in Sep 2017

The role will be supervising hourly staff at malls in major metro statistical areas, a total of 80 labor hours per week, so roughly 5 people.

Once we role out our pilot systems, in MSP , PHL , NY,BOS, LAX,ORD, we will look to expand into most metro stat areas of 1M people or more. I will pilot in ALB and SYR too, as I'm close to those.

The model could be employee or franchise-like. There won't be a requirement for money to buy in, just heart and hard work.
