Help - 2001 V 70 XC stalling

I recently bought a 2001 XC V70 (37.5 K mileage) and it has stall twice. The dealer says no faults were recorded. The second time it would not restart and we had to have it towed. Apparently it started fine the next morning.

Both times the car was under a quarter of a tank (but not close to empty). It had just been certified-- any ideas? Thanks!
