Was wondering, just got a call from my cousin who's 07 C70 is all of a sudden puling to the right. The only experiences I have from a car pulling to one side like that is when I've put on new tie rods and driven to the alignment shop...
Low pressure, a flat tire would do something like that, right?
Bad axle? Tie rods? Catastrophic power steering pump failure?
He just had his front brakes done. And had a rear camera installed.
I put in rear shocks last week.
I apologize for not posting in the right section... But just wondering what might cause something like that to happen, which is a somewhat-related P80 question.
What might cause a car to all of a sudden pull to one side?

Update:
A flat rear tire pulled the car to one side... Sheesh. I thought only front tires pulled a car in one direction. Interesting to know.

Brake s were done. Make sure there is not a dragging brake. It is rare but does happen that when the pistons are pushed back in caliper the brake fluid scum makes the piston hang in seal and the piston doesn't back up and release the brake. Drive car and brake several times. Pull into the desserted part of a flat parking lot and leave car in neutral and get out and try to push it. If all is ok then it will roll with little effort on flat ground.

Funny... my car is pulling as well. I've had an alignment done twice, and finely tuned myself two more times because the fools at Firestone are totally incompetent mechanics. After the second time I adjusted it, it was perfectly fine, now all of a sudden the steering feels very sloppy again and I'm having to hold the wheel slightly to the right to go straight. I feel like I'm constantly having to correct the steering, and it's not too comforting, especially at higher speeds. I have new control arms, inner and outer tie rods, CV axles, struts and related parts, and sway bar links. Tire pressure is 36 PSI all around.
I still need to do the rear trailing arm links and bushings (they don't look too awful, but the car just crossed 178k miles...) and the firewall side of the upper engine torque mount and the lower torque rod. I know I definitely need subframe bushings since when I turn close to full lock, I get horrible creaking and the suspension gets incredibly bouncy if I tap the brakes when at full lock. I could also probably use a wheel balance.
Anything I should be concerned about other than just replacing the things I listed? I think it's probably the subframe, but I just can't put together how the alignment just goes out again like that. Steering rack mounts are not loose either, checked that yesterday.

REAR tire is different than FRONT.
REAR is like a rudder of the boat or plane.
So a LEFT REAR tire with low pressure will steer the car to the RIGHT, the "rudder" effect.
