The polaroid was about ‘73- ’74.
Car was rear-ended while parked. Insurance co said it was a total. I bought it for 15 bucks. Was drivable, but the ass-end wheel wells would rub if you hit a bump.
Inspiration was from oldest brothers’ friends who had a Dodge Woodie, Mini Cooper and various Healeys.
It became my canvas over the next coupla years. On and off again. Between school and work.
It was a daily driver, fun mobile and even climbed Mt. Washington!
