I recommend the following:
1. Valve stem seals
2. Would do the rear main seal is it is NOT bone dry.
3. Damaged hydraulic engine mounts.
4. Turbo coolant lines.
5. Turbo coolant lines if they are leaking.
The Volvo owner's manual states that you should NOT let these cars idle, they will smoke.
I only use the Volvo plugs.
