1998 V70 A/C doesn't work, P1308 P0107 manifold absolute pressure/baro low input

OK, I'm not paying attention. I reread the entire thing with care and see the 2004 XC70 isn't the subject here.

98 XC70 has a secondary air system solenoid on shroud brow and uses no MAP sensor. The Baro sensor is light violet and is on a bracket on the RH hood latch. It also uses an acceleration sensor down on subframe below a/c compressor. The accel sensor is the better candidate for assing with the Vref.

Acceration sensor has 5v on circuit but you think it's sensor itself? That's what was thinking because it underneath car so I unplugged it to see if 5V reference would improve on low side pressure sensor circuit but it made difference, still 1.2v on plug pin.
I pinned ground to 12v and it's good. So it's power source to the 5v reference wire on the high side pressure sensor circuit right?

The High pressure sensor is the one I'm talking about. pin 1 grd, pin 2(middle) is signal and 3 is 5V ref.

My bad I meant the high side pressure sensor(3 pin sensor), I keep mixing that up because that sensor is near low side port.

I finally gave up on trying to find the short for the A/C due to time constraints during the summer I work 7 days a week and I brought her to the closest Volvo dealer. I'm must say I'm quite disappointed after paying for a diagnostic fee. The tech there wanted to replace a brand new a/c compressor/accumulator because he couldn't find the short. the compressor works when you jump it at the relay, the problem is between the Ecc and ECM or ECM and relay. The ECM won't energize the relay for some reason, the high pressure sensor plug still only has 1.2v at the 5v reference pin. My cigarette lighter socket up front only has 3V, so I figured it would have to be something behind/under dashboard. I tried pulling all the fuses at the 2 fuse blocks underneath the hood to find nothing and nothing changed as far as voltage while pulling fuses in fuse blocks under the hood. For some reason the ECM won't activate A/C because it see's something wrong, I'm going under dash again to see what I can find.
And while I was at the Volvo Dealership I wanted them to reprogram my 2000 V70XC remote to work with my new 1998 V70XC, I got a bullshit response, "this remote is broken". It works on my 2000 v70xc still sitting in my driveway. I got the same bullshit response for my wife's 2004 XC70, I have a good working remote for a 2004 XC70, I asked them to reprogram it to work with our 2004 XC70, the service writer tells me the tech said it doesn't work and I'll have to buy a new remote from them so they can reprogram it. I was like don't try to hustle me, I was a service tech for a Lexus Dealership for 10 years and I know the game well.
