Random codes pop up - P0089 ( Suction Control Valve Stuck ) || P0420 ( Cat System Efficiency Below Threshold ) and occasionally the Chassis Settings Require Service.
Timing belt changed about 25K ago
Tires are in good shape, rims have curbing.
Clean title in hand
Located just South of Grand Junction Colorado ( 81527 )

A helpful hint
It would be a good idea to at least WASH your R before posting those bloody awful pictures in a for sale post.
A professional detail and I mean COMPLETE.... would be even better.
This is not the way to sell a car, any car much less an R
